And, living in an old house, with an old roof, I was also concerned that it was going to be a big and expensive job. We had a quote from him that afternoon and a couple of days later he arrived (when he said he would) to do the job. After repairing the problem and doing a thorough inspection of the entire roof – Nathan showed me the parts he had replaced and explained why it was causing the roof to leak.
